Blogging.

To be honest, I’ve stared at the screen for some time now and typed 15 different introductions, which quickly followed with a lot of backspacing.

Reminds me of a thing called life. My life in particular but maybe yours too.

I’m a 31 year old outgoing, optimistic, full time employee and full time mom. I chuckle as I type because I realize that sounded more like a Tinder bio than anything else. I’m quite far from that, in fact, in less than 100 days I’m marrying my best friend.

From the outside looking in it sounds like I have it figured out and am well accomplished.

But would you believe me if I told you I’m far from it?

Here’s a truth bomb to kick start this blog- *deep breath* - I’m 31 and I don’t know what I want to do when I grow up.

Years ago I thought how humiliating it would be to share that, in reality it is the biggest relief to hear that it’s more common than I originally thought.

Hence this blog. Realizing how relatable I was to so many people, I felt it was ok to talk about. 

Whew! Let’s get it out there, anyone else?

I don’t have all the answers but I want to share my journey with you as I figure them out.

Here's what you can expect from me and this new venture.

• Truth. True feelings, true stories. Mom truths. Wife truths. ALL OF IT.

• Faith . I don’t hide behind my views, opinions or my relationship with Jesus Christ.

Most importantly, me. The real me in all it’s glory, which by the way comes with some comedic relief and positive vibes.
